Pediatric Speech Sound Disorders
My research focuses on the efficacy of SSD interventions and engagement in the therapeutic process primarily with preschool-aged children. Due to the link between SSD and dyslexia, this research aim also explores the comfortability of SLPs to provide dyslexia intervention. ​

Research in Progress

Implementation science project with a large school district evaluating students transitioning between educational levels (elementary to middle school, middle school to high school) as it relates to their intrinsic and extrinsic factors motivation to target SSDs and to develop a tracking system to monitor students during transitional placements.
